Cliptight® Dentures

The patented Cliptight® Dentures system was developed by Dr. Larry Hoffman. The Cliptight® procedure is performed by using existing or new dentures that are adapted to dental implants. During treatment, two or more implants are placed into the jaw. Through osseointegration, the titanium implants gradually fuse to the natural bone tissue. After the implants have fused and healed, a second surgery is performed to attach small, ball-like connectors to them. Finally, the patient’s new or existing denture is fitted with the unique Cliptight® clasps, which easily snap into the implant connectors. With Cliptight® Dentures, you can eat and talk without discomfort or anxiety – your teeth will look and feel completely natural. And because this treatment allows us to use an existing denture attached to as few as two dental implants, our patients are able to save thousands of dollars.
